300 seconds of ’300

March 5th, 2007 3 comments

You absolutely have to see it! Awesome looks, way better than Lord of the Rings which was too blurry. Ah, I’m babbling. Look for yourself and we’ll see if you’re still as cold as ice. I almost can’t bear to wait any longer. Fortunately for all of us, it’s coming to theaters soon!

You may want to check out the true story behind the movie for Frank Miller changed some details in a not so subtle way to fit his style. In addition, you may also want to check out the latest trailer.

    BioShock delayed

    March 5th, 2007 No comments

I just heard that one of the most promising new titles out there, BioShock, is delayed until August 21st. As usual, Europeans will have to be patient for a few more days – the European release date is set to August 24th. That’s no big deal because the original release was planned in June, so it’s roughly two months more we will have to wait. In the meantime, there’s another in-game footage waiting to be watched over at GameSpot. It’s almost seven minutes long and it is fantastic. You can see some new plasmids and a damn high degree of attention to detail. It really is awesome work.

After that, you will share my opinion on how tough these Big Daddies are. I wouldn’t want to take on one of them ;)

On related news, GDC 2007 kicks off today. Garry Schyman, Game Composer and responsible for creating the new and experimental score for BioShock, will present the anatomy of an experimental game score.
