I am. Way too massive.
Yeah, that’s true – I weigh too much. I don’t feel like I do but that’s the plain truth as evidenced by the scales. Effective immediately, I’m more aware of what and when I’m gonna eat. I’d really like to blame it on the massive amounts of junk food and beer I consumed over the last months but that’s not all. I was getting complacent and preferred convenience. In other words: I’ve grown lazy.
To change all that – and to consequently lose almost 30 pounds in the process – I have to do something. More exercise and less junk food sounds like a good start to me. Then, there’s the issue of eating just before getting to bed. That absolutely has to stop. Last but not least, I have to drink more water during the day.
