I am. Way too massive.
Yeah, that’s true – I weigh too much. I don’t feel like I do but that’s the plain truth as evidenced by the scales. Effective immediately, I’m more aware of what and when I’m gonna eat. I’d really like to blame it on the massive amounts of junk food and beer I consumed over the last months but that’s not all. I was getting complacent and preferred convenience. In other words: I’ve grown lazy.
To change all that – and to consequently lose almost 30 pounds in the process – I have to do something. More exercise and less junk food sounds like a good start to me. Then, there’s the issue of eating just before getting to bed. That absolutely has to stop. Last but not least, I have to drink more water during the day. I’m really thankful for my discipline and that’s exactly why I know that I will succeed.
There’s one thing that’s of concern to me: How the hell did I grow so massive? I’m not fat. I don’t look like I weigh too much. Frankly, I didn’t care too much until yesterday. Analyzing the last few months left me pretty dumbfounded – I’m into junk food more than ever before. What a mess. Being busy has that effect on me, it seems. Anyway, I know what to do to get – and stay! – thin again.
Well, here we go. It’s day one and I weigh 203 lbs (that’s a hefty 92 kg) at a size of 6’1” (185 cm). I’m planning on posting stats on every Monday to see how things are progressing. Right now, I’m eating a bunch of carrots instead of chocolate or a muffin. I think, it’s … it’s already working.

Get a Wii!
No way! :p
I can always borrow one if need be. Most of the people I know who own a Wii aren’t that happy with it. They’re always talking about crappy games. BUT most of them still are in love with Wii Sports. Maybe, I’ll give it a try.
long time reader, first time poster:
you need to stop whining fatty, and for chrissake do something about it.
what about some running or a bit of the other healthy crap? in other words: stop being a lazy fatty fat fatso and step up your game a notch.
sincerely yours
dave
i want to see your new and old body.
post pictures !!
@dave
That I’m aware of and that’s exactly what I’m doing. Since you know me in person you’d possibly agree on the fact that the additional weight doesn’t really show. Anyways, check out the second post to see what I’ve already achieved up to now :p
@fan
I’m sure there are some people who’d like to know that. Unfortunately for you, I don’t like being photographed, so there’s only a slim chance of ever seeing a picture showing me online. Sorry ’bout that but that’s just the way it is.
Maybe, if I’m in the right mood, I’ll post a picture in the not too distant future.
