In Street Kings Keanu Reeves por­trays a tough LAPD cop who, after the death of his wife, has some issues with life. To me, it looks like we’re in for another police drama where the main char­ac­ter has to start to ques­tion every­thing and in turn go against his for­mer col­leagues. Accord­ing to the known facts it’s safe to assume that, when evi­dence impli­cates him for the exe­cu­tion of a fel­low offi­cer, he is set up. The movie is set to be released on April 11th, 2008. The cast for X-Men Ori­gins: Wolver­ine grows big­ger and big­ger. This time around, Dominic Mon­aghan – who played Char­lie Pace on the famous tele­vi­sion series Lost, joins the cast. He is to play Bar­nell (Bohusk, a. k. a. Beak?) who has the abil­ity to “manipualte energy and elec­tric­ity”. Monaghan’s char­ac­ter was killed off in the third sea­son of Lost. The sec­ond new­comer is Daniel Hen­ney who will por­tray Agent Zero, an expert tracker with lethal marks­man skills.

Cur­rently, there isn’t much known about the plot. Obvi­ously, the film will trace Wolverine’s past and, even more obvi­ously, it will focus on the omi­nous Weapon X pro­gram, which turns peo­ple into liv­ing weapons.
